SAFETY STANDARDS

Ideas is a social planning platform that helps people connect with friends, groups, and communities, organize activities and events, chat, share ideas, coordinate availability, and make plans.

These Safety & Community Standards explain the rules we use to help keep Ideas respectful and safe, especially for minors. They apply to all users, messages, posts, photos, profiles, groups, communities, events, plans, reports, and other activity in Ideas.

By using Ideas, you agree to follow these Safety Standards as part of our Terms of Service.

1. CHILD SAFETY AND CSAE

Ideas has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment. The following are prohibited:

* Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse or exploitation material.

* Sexualized content involving anyone under 18.

* Grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate sexual communication with minors.

* Asking minors for sexual content, sexual activity, nudity, or sexually explicit conversation.

* Links, references, instructions, or redirects to child sexual abuse or exploitation material.

* Attempts to avoid detection, reporting, moderation, or enforcement related to child safety.

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, preservation of evidence, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and reporting to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.

Google Play requires social apps to publish standards addressing child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page is intended to satisfy that requirement for Ideas.

2. RESPECTFUL USE

Ideas exists to help people make plans and build community. Treat other users with respect.

Do not harass, bully, intimidate, shame, threaten, exploit, abuse, impersonate, scam, or endanger others. Do not use Ideas to target a person or group with repeated unwanted contact, coordinated harassment, or hateful behavior.

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR

You may not use Ideas to create, share, promote, coordinate, or encourage:

* Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, stalking, or abuse.

* Hate, dehumanizing attacks, or calls for exclusion or violence based on protected characteristics.

* Credible threats of violence, real-world harm, or property damage.

* Sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual content, or unwanted sexual behavior.

* Child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment.

* Self-harm encouragement, dangerous challenges, or instructions for serious physical harm.

* Scams, fraud, phishing, fake accounts, deceptive impersonation, or misleading activity.

* Spam, mass solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.

* Sharing private personal information without consent, including addresses, phone numbers, private images, private messages, or other sensitive personal details.

* Illegal goods, illegal services, or instructions for illegal activity.

* Malware, attempts to bypass security, attempts to evade moderation, or attempts to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.

4. GROUPS, COMMUNITIES, AND EVENTS

Group, community, and event features must be used responsibly.

Leaders, organizers, and hosts should not mislead attendees, abuse role permissions, create unsafe events, use groups or communities to harass others, or pressure people into unwanted activity. Event descriptions, locations, titles, photos, and messages must follow these Safety Standards and our Terms of Service.

Ideas helps users organize plans and events, but we do not control offline conduct. Use common sense when meeting people, sharing locations, hosting events, or attending activities. If something feels unsafe, do not participate and consider reporting the issue.

5. PRIVACY AND PRIVATE SPACES

Private messages, private groups, and limited-audience content are not public spaces. However, they still must follow these Safety Standards.

We may review private or limited-audience content when it is reported, when required by law, or when needed to investigate safety, security, fraud, abuse, or child protection concerns. We may preserve information where needed for safety, legal, or enforcement reasons.

6. REPORTING SAFETY ISSUES

If you see content or behavior that may violate these Safety Standards, report it in the app where reporting tools are available or contact us at:

support@ideas-app.com

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

For child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or other urgent child safety concerns, report the issue to us immediately and contact appropriate emergency or law enforcement authorities where necessary.

7. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

We may review reports and take action when we believe it is appropriate. Depending on the context and severity, actions may include:

* Removing or limiting content.

* Warning users.

* Temporarily limiting features.

* Removing users from groups, communities, chats, events, or plans.

* Suspending or terminating accounts.

* Removing groups, communities, events, or plans.

* Device, phone number, or account-level restrictions.

* Preserving information related to safety, fraud, abuse, or legal concerns.

* Reporting serious violations to NCMEC, law enforcement, or other appropriate authorities.

We do not promise to monitor all content or resolve every dispute between users. Enforcement decisions may depend on severity, context, available evidence, repeat behavior, safety risk, and legal obligations. Some decisions may be final, but we may review additional context where appropriate.

8. FALSE OR ABUSIVE REPORTS

Reports help keep Ideas safe. Do not submit false, abusive, misleading, retaliatory, or bad-faith reports. Misusing reporting or support tools may result in account restrictions or other enforcement action.

9. UPDATES

We may update these Safety Standards from time to time to reflect legal requirements, platform rules, safety practices, or changes to Ideas. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top.
