1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

The Ideas Hangout App maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment.
The following are explicitly prohibited on our platform:

• Sharing, creating, uploading, or distributing any content involving CSAE

• Requesting, soliciting, or attempting to obtain sexual content from minors

• Grooming, predatory behavior, or inappropriate communication with minors

• Any form of sexualized or harmful content involving persons under 18

• Links, references, or redirects to sexually exploitative material of minors

• Attempting to avoid detection or enforcement of our safety policies

Any violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of accounts

• Permanent removal from the platform

• Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

• Reporting to law enforcement or appropriate authorities

Google Play requires all social apps to publish safety standards addressing CSAE. This page satisfies that requirement for the Ideas Hangout App.

2. General Safety Expectations for All Users

To ensure a safe environment, all users must follow these safety expectations:

• Treat all users with respect

• Do not harass, bully, threaten, or endanger others

• Do not share violence, hate, or otherwise harmful content

• Do not share private personal information without consent

• Do not attempt to contact minors inappropriately

• Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

The Ideas Hangout App is designed to promote real-life connection in a safe, positive community setting. Misuse of the platform is not permitted.

3. User-Generated Content Rules

All content uploaded or created by users—including messages, photos, event names, group titles, descriptions, and profile information—must comply with:

• The Ideas Hangout App Terms of Service

• Applicable laws and regulations

• Google Play’s Child Safety Standards

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

4. Reporting Unsafe or Harmful Behavior
